After I performed a clean install of everything, this happened.

This is happening only AFTER I had to install fresh windows because the SSD completely died. Razer support is either unavailable or not answering me back.Īlso, for reference. Unplug the mini DP from my laptop (the HDMI has no effect).Stop synapse services completely (so stop services, uninstall, safe mode, etc).My laptop will only let the monitors turn off if I do one of these two things: 2080 with external monitors plugged into the mini DP and HDMI.
